Schefflera needs places with moderate temperature constant, around 18 to 20 Celcius in summer and 16 to 18 Celsius on Winter.

The plant prefers bright places, but does not support direct sunlight (maintains its beautiful foliage, evergreen and dark places, but varieties with leaves speckled with creamy white light they need more). Schefflera not stand drafts.

Watering must be abundant in spring-autumn period and during iarnii plant must be wet with water less and less. Foliage plants should be sprayed every 2-3 days, with warm water, winter rarely (once / week).

For foliage, young Schefflera will have "pinched" several times to encourage branching from the base.
